Aruni Rajakarier (Founder/Director)

Aruni has over 20 years experience as a Finance professional of which the last 2 years has been as the Founder Director of SheConsults, leading a variety of engagements in Corporate reporting and Strategy. She currently serves on the board of NDB Capital Holdings PLC and NDB Securities (Pvt) Ltd., as an independent non- executive director and is the Chairperson of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee and also a member of the Investment Committee.
She has also served as Country Manager of ACCA Sri Lanka and Maldives and in a number of roles within the banking and telecommunication sectors and with Ernst & Young. Recent engagements in a personal capacity include Independent Reviewer for Audit Quality Assurance for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, Consultant to World Bank on preparation of the Report on Observance of Standards and Codes, Accounting and Auditing. Aruni is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
